Cancellation & Refunds
How to cancel, when we refund, when we don't, and how long the money takes to come back.

Scope
This policy covers payments you make to us through this website — currently memberships and paid programmes. Fees for custom client engagements are governed by the signed agreement or proposal for that work, which sets out its own payment and cancellation terms.
Memberships
Paid memberships are billed in advance for the period shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
Because membership gives you immediate access to the material and community, we do not refund part-used periods once the period has started, except where this policy or applicable law says otherwise.
When we do refund
We will refund you in full if you were charged in error, charged twice, or charged after cancelling. We will also refund you in full if we cancel a paid programme or session and cannot offer you a reasonable alternative date.
If something has genuinely gone wrong and you tell us within 7 days of the charge, contact us and explain what happened. We would rather resolve it than keep money from someone we have not helped, and we will look at it fairly.
When we do not refund
We do not refund because you did not use the access you bought, or because marketing results did not meet an expectation we did not agree to in writing. We do not refund custom work already performed, or third-party costs we have already committed on your behalf — most commonly ad spend you have paid directly to Google or Meta, which we never hold and cannot return.
Ad spend is not our fee
Where we manage advertising for you, the money you pay the advertising platform is separate from what you pay us. Ad spend is billed by the platform, goes to the platform, and is subject to the platform's own policies. Our management fee is what you pay us.
How to request a refund
Email us using the address below with the payment date, the amount, and what went wrong. We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days and to decide within 7 business days.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Once we issue the refund, how long it takes to appear is up to your bank or card issuer — typically 5 to 10 business days.
